Gene Camozzi, San Mateo Blues pitcher, yesterday hit one of of longest drives it ever seen at San Leandro park to drive in the winning run in the ninth inning over the San Leandro team. Camozzi chucks for the Zinggs Cigars of Oakland, and is showing as much as has throughout the summer and fall. Ball season of no ball season makes no difference to Gene. He hit some ‘em and strikes ‘em out any time of the year.
